When you select your country of delivery in Check out stage, the delivery fee will show in the basket. Please also see DELIVERY details at the bottom of the website for list of costs.
Your order will be delivered by PostNL in partnership with an international courier network.
When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace link via email. With the link you can see on what day and at what time your order will be delivered.
If the product(s) you ordered are in stock, the standard delivery time is between 2-7 working days. If the product(s) you ordered are out of stock, you will see the planned dispatch date for your order + the Shipping Time (2-7 working days) in the checkout.
It is not possible to schedule the delivery date. However, if you place an order before 19:00, your order will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 2-7 working days. If you place an order after 19:00, your order will be dispatched the following working day and delivered within 2-7 working days.
No problem, you will receive a notification card with a parcel reference number on it. You can find out where your parcel is using this number. To arrange a redelivery of your parcel(s), please follow the instructions on the card.
