How do I set up the pop-up play tunnel?

The play tunnel has a practical pop-up design and is ready for play in just a few seconds. After use, simply fold the tunnel flat and store it compactly in the included storage bag.

Can I combine the play tunnel with a play tent?

Yes, the play tunnel is easy to combine with one of our pop-up play tents. This creates a fun play route where children can crawl, play and enjoy new adventures. The play tent is available separately.

How do I clean the play tunnel?

Simply wipe the play tunnel clean with a slightly damp cloth. Allow it to dry thoroughly before folding it away and storing it.

Can I return a product?

At Petite Amelie, we want to make our customers and their little ones happy. If you are not satisfied with a product, the good news is that we can always help! For all your purchases with Petite Amelie, you can return items within 30 days for a refund.

We are happy to accept returns if the product(s) are unused, and in their original packaging with no parts missing.

Note: If you are not completely sure about your purchase ..don't immediately throw away the packaging and packaging materials, instead open the packages carefully and keep them until you are completely satisfied with the product. If you wish to return the product, it will have to be packed the same way in which it was delivered so that it does not incur any damage when it is returned to us.
We will not accept any product returns if the item has been assembled.
